How Our Rental Process Works

    Share the date, venue, pax, indoor or canopy, and colour theme.

    We propose chair quantity, layout spacing, and add-ons (covers and sashes). You get a clear price.

    Approve the quote and layout. Pay a deposit to secure the date.

  6. Site details
    Send venue pin, loading access, lift/use-of-space rules, and event timeline.

  8. Delivery & setup
    Crew arrives as scheduled, sets chairs per plan, levels rows, and wipes down cushions.

  10. Styling (if booked)
    We fit covers/sashes to your colour, check alignment for photos, and keep aisles clear.

  12. Pack-down & collection
    After the event, we clear and count without blocking exits or walkways.
  13.  

  14. Final bill
    We reconcile quantities and return the deposit (minus damages or missing items, if any).
