How Our Rental Process Works

  1. Enquiry
    Tell us your date, venue, pax, and whether it’s indoor or under a canopy.

    We suggest a table–chair mix, spacing, and any add-ons (linens, covers). You get a clear price.

  5. Confirmation
    Approve the quote and layout. Pay the deposit to lock in the date.

  7. Site details
    Share a pin, loading access, event timeline, and any venue rules. We plan routes and crew timing. 
  8.  

  9. Delivery & setup
    Crew arrives as scheduled, places tables and chairs to the agreed layout, and does a quick wipe-down. 
  10.  

  11. Event support (optional)
    We stay on standby for minor tweaks, top-ups, or last-minute adds if arranged. 
  12.  

  13. Pack-down & collection
    After the event, we clear, count, and load out without blocking walkways or traffic. 
  14.  

  15. Final bill
    We reconcile quantities, deduct any top-ups, and return the deposit (minus damages, if any).
