How Our Rental Process Works

Enquiry
Share the date, venue, pax, stage purpose (speeches/band), preferred size and height, and whether it is indoor or under a canopy.
Site check (info or visit)
Send a venue pin, floor type, ceiling/roof clearance, access route, and any venue rules. We flag leveling needs, wind exposure, and power/cable paths.

Quote & sizing
We propose stage size/height, panel count, stairs or ramp, guardrails, and skirting. You’ll get a clear price and build time.
Confirmation
Approve layout and safety add-ons. Pay a deposit to lock in the slot.
Build plan & timing
We schedule crew arrival, loading bay use, cable routing, and soundcheck window with your AV/caterer.
Delivery & setup
Panels lock in, legs are leveled, seams are flushed, rails are fitted, and edges are skirted. We keep aisles clear and protect the floor.
Handover
Basic safety brief (loading limits, access points), quick check with AV for mic stands, wedges, and cable runs.
Pack-down & collection
After the programme, we strike, count, and clear without blocking exits or walkways. Final bill follows (deposit less any damages, if any).
